When I first stepped into the theatre to see
this movie, I was not too excited. Perhaps my misguided low expectations helped
me love Driving Miss Daisy. Once again,
it is the strong performances that I remember, followed closely by the
surprising humor. While Jessica Tandy and Morgan Freeman literally carry this
movie, it is also greatly helped by a fantastic sound
track. In fact, I haven't seen this movie in 10 years and I can still hear the
score in my head.
The great characters, great dialogue and humor
help make this one of the
greatest movies ever made.
