When this movie came out, I was not its target
audience -- I was too young. But it didn't seem to matter, because I still
loved it. I loved the angst, the conflict
and the humor. And now as I watch it 17 years later, I also appreciate the
performances, the writing and the heart. This movie was about friendships that
last and about how sometimes you grow up and
realize that being an adult is not necessarily better than being a kid. I guess
the trouble is that your problems just grow up, too.
